Returns and Refunds.

Items may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for all return costs unless there is a fault with the item. Any loss in value of an item that isn't returned in its original condition will be deducted.

Personalised items can not be returned but can be size altered.
